One bedroom units require a $300.00 security deposit.
Two bedroom units require a $400.00 security deposit.

Nonrefundable Pet Fees - $350 per pet (limit 2 pets) with a $10 per pet monthly pet rent. Traditional, small breeds only - maximum weight limit 40 lbs (full grown) - some breed restriction apply - Rabies vaccinations required

Application Fee - $60

Water, sewer and trash included.  Residents pay the Electricity.

Residents must provide Renters Insurance.
